Problems With Equipment and Audio Files
Unfortunately, in our documentary group last night, we found out that one of our group members - James - lost a substantial amount of audio from the last day. This was quite upsetting to find out because we recorded some beautiful anecdotes of Michael's and we're not sure if we will be able to recapture them. It was especially unfortunate to find out it was James Sargisson who lost it because he also turned up three hours late on both days of filming in Liverpool due to "sleeping in" or "drinking too much last night", so our patience is wearing thin with him as a member of our group because the rest of us have taken our roles very seriously and have truly fallen in love with Michael Phoenix and the subject matter.
So it means we're not too unhappy about going back on Friday! We made the decision to go and re-shoot - me, Chris, Paul, and Joe. Louise has to go back home due to being ill and we're not entirely sure it's necessary for James to come, plus his attitude towards the project does not appear to be as enthusiastic as the rest of us. Nonetheless, the stuff he did record on the days, was of a good quality, minus his phone going off and fidgeting.
Our trains to Liverpool are also an added cost, because of James' mistake which is another annoyance - we are after all, penniless students! Sadly, Myles cannot afford to join us. Thankfully, the rest of us have part time jobs, although this is unnecessary.
